At Yimzy Lash and Brow Boutique, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

  1. Service Refunds

 

If you are not satisfied with a service you have received from us, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will do our best to address any issues or concerns and may offer a complimentary correction or a partial refund. 

 

In rare cases where a full refund is granted, the service relationship is considered complete. Clients who receive a full refund will not be eligible for future services, as full refunds finalize the appointment and prevent repeated dissatisfaction or ongoing refund requests. Refunds cannot be returned once processed.

  2. Exceptions

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for gift cards, downloadable products, or services rendered more than 24 hours prior.
