Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy & Late Arrival Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment or will be charged 50% of the booked service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service.
Clients arriving 10 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.
Appointments will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes and recorded as a no-show, with the 50% fee applied.
Please notify us in advance if you anticipate being late. Communication does not guarantee a fee waiver.
